Wall Tiling

Wall tiling, a specialised skill, can be exercised on many different types of walls including homes, commercial, retail and corporate sites, public spaces and heritage-listed buildings.

Before you begin wall tiling it is important to know a few things. There are many different materials you can choose for your wall tiles and each has different uses. Tiles made from porcelain are more water and stain resistant, while limestone is durable and can withstand lots of foot traffic.

You can also choose wall tiles in a variety of colours, patterns or styles depending on what suits you best.

You can either employ a wall tiler or do your wall tiling yourself. But whatever you choose, wall tiling follows the process of cleaning, marking and measuring the wall to be tiled. Then adhesive is applied over the area so that the tiles are securely placed.

Wall tiling finishes with spreading grout over the tiles to fill in the cracks.
